At Elixir Gems, we carefully package and ship every order to ensure your gemstones and jewelry arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any delays will be communicated to you in advance.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Canada and internationally to selected countries.

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@elixirgems.ca for assistance.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

We use reputable carriers and provide tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and shipping method.

  • Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

  • Elixir Gems is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Packaging & Insurance

  • All gemstones and jewelry are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • High-value orders may be shipped with additional insurance at our discretion.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Elixir Gems is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Re-shipping costs for returned packages due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Return & Exchange Policy


At Elixir Gems, we take pride in offering authentic, high-quality natural gemstones and handcrafted jewelry. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original packaging included.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned exactly as received.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Loose gemstones sold at wholesale or discounted prices

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration


Authenticity & Natural Variations

  • All gemstones sold by Elixir Gems are natural unless clearly stated otherwise.

  • Natural gemstones may contain inclusions, color variations, or internal characteristics—these are not considered defects and are part of the stone’s natural beauty.

  • Returns will not be accepted for natural variations or buyer’s change of mind after purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
