We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original packaging included.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned exactly as received.

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable:

All gemstones sold by Elixir Gems are natural unless clearly stated otherwise.

Natural gemstones may contain inclusions, color variations, or internal characteristics—these are not considered defects and are part of the stone’s natural beauty.

Returns will not be accepted for natural variations or buyer’s change of mind after purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
